If it is not in the item description, and it is not pictured, it is not included in the auction.

Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.  

-SHIPPING

Shipping prices quoted are for the lower 48 USA unless otherwise stated. For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S Territories please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase. We use FedEx for most packages over 2 lbs. and the US Postal Service for most packages under 2 lbs on domestic shipments in most cases.

If your address is a PO box and the package is over 2 lbs it will most likely ship FedEx, we will request that you give us your physical business or residential address to ship to instead. Items over $250 including shipping, will require additional shipping charges to PO boxes and will require a signature and proof of identification upon pick-up.

Be sure to double-check your shipping address. If an item gets sent back to us because of an incorrect address, you must pay to have it shipped again. If we send the item to the wrong address because of an error on your part, we cannot issue you a refund.

We will not declare merchandise values below their actual value, nor will we mark items as "gifts." -United States and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.

-INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International buyers are welcome!

The shipping price listed applies to the continental United States only (Lower 48). Please contact quotes prior to bidding.

We ship internationally using FedEx and the United States Postal Service. International buyers, please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to bidding or buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company, or when you pick up the package. -Do not confuse these for additional shipping charges.

-REFUNDS & RETURNS

We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake, (It happens). Please do not assume a mistake is intentional. 

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Our return policy varies from item to item. If we are offering the option to return, we will state so clearly. We try to describe every item accurately, so that there is no question in regard to the condition and known functionality of the item.  

If we are accepting returns on an item, it must be returned in its original box, with all packing materials. If it is factory sealed, it must be returned factory sealed.  

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, without exception.

Items being sold "as-is" are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If you feel uneasy about bidding on an item that is being sold as-is, you may contact us with any specific questions you have, or simply buy a similar item from another source. Losing a sale costs everyone less time, money, and hassle than accepting returns and issuing refunds on as-is items. We appreciate your cooperation.
