Product Overview
This is a new portable pipe gas cutting/beveling machine. It uses a system that wraps around a steel pipe and cuts by using the chain as track to run along. The user simply turns the knob which spins the worm-wheel drive system. The machine has a clutch system to get it to the proper starting point and make set-up easier. It comes with extra-large wheels to use when cutting smaller pipe. It can cut straight or beveled clean edges. The unit does not require electricity. Widely used in all walks of life pipeline cutting processing, it is a very good tool!

1. Cutting Head :

Cutting torch is made of pure copper material, high temperature resistant, with Angle adjustment scale, can adjust the cutting head Angle, cutting precision is higher.

2. Handle :

Shaking the handle can make the flame cutting machine fast forward/backward, strong handle, comfortable grip, simple operation, saving time and labor.

3. Gas Distributor :

The gas distributor is made of high-quality alloy, with good sealing performance, safe and reliable. The intake volume can be precisely controlled by adjusting three valves.

4. Chain Fixed :

The machine is fixed on the pipe with a chain, and the length of the chain can be adjusted to fit the pipe with different diameters. If the chain length is noy enough, it can be purchased separately.

5. Clutch Switch :

When the clutch switch is opened, the gear can be engaged, and the machine will move when shaking the handle. The chain can be installed/removed when the clutch is closed, easy to operate.

6. Locking Fixed :

When the chain is installed, the chain and gear can be locked and fixed by the elastic adjusting nut above, so that the machine is not easy to shake when working. Ensure machining accuracy.
- The moving device above the bar can make the cutting head move around, can accurately adjust the cutting torch cutting position, processing accuracy is higher.

- The wheel is made of carbon steel and galvanized process, smooth and beautiful, anti-corrosion and wear resistance; Two large diameter wheels prevent scratching the chassis.

- Manual operation, no power supply, suitable for field work without power environment.

- The chain can be increased or decreased according to the outside diameter of the pipe, and theoretically the pipe with infinite outside diameter can be cut if the number of chains is sufficient.
