This action figure is Scott Evil from Austen Powers Series 2. It has never been removed from the package. The plastic covering is loose in spots on the cardboard backing. The corners of the cardboard backing do have some wear, and are bent in spots. There is also some discoloration from the way this was stored/displayed by the original owner. I am selling it in as found condition.
