From the flowered slopes & plains of the Greek countryside the bees naturally mix the nectar from
a feast of wildflowers & wild herbs that they meet on their way, many of which are unique in the world.
Antheon Honey (flower honey) is the sweetest of the Greek nature honeys with a mild taste,
light color & with a balanced bouquet of flower aromas.
Organic Various Collection Honey is collected in the wider area of the Southeastern Peloponnese
at an altitude of 300m. - 1300m. from mid-April until the end of August.
Many of the areas of the Southeastern Peloponnese (eg the area of Mount Parnon and the ravine of
Leonidio - Eloni Monastery) where this honey is collected are included in the NATURA 2000 Network
which is a European Ecological Network of areas, which host natural ecotypes
& ecotypes of species that are important at European level.
After collection - vintage the honey is carefully filtered and packaged in a period not exceeding one month
from its collection in the modern facilities of the Fasili Family directly in glass jars, then stored in a dark,
dry and stable at low temperature, ready to be available for consumption as offered by the rich Greek nature.
