Organic Thyme Honey is collected from Thymarotos in the Southeastern Peloponnese at an altitude of 300m. - 1300m.
The area of Mount Parnon and the ravine of Leonidio - Eloni Monastery where our honey is mainly collected
is included in the NATURA 2000 Network which is a European Ecological Network of areas,
which host natural ecotypes & species ecotypes that are important at European level.
After harvesting, the honey is carefully filtered and packaged no later than one month after collection
in modern facilities directly in glass jars, then stored in a dark, dry and stable place at low temperature,
ready to be disposed of. consumption as offered by the rich Greek nature.
