Item in nice used condition.
It isn't used, but the card is in poor condition.
The belt is still there, but the bubble has mostly been unglued from the card.
The belt clearly hasn't been used, and the tanks are still zip-tied to the backing.
I have similar items in my shop and I would be happy to
