This is a privately owned timeshare unit so NO annoying sales tours or presentations to be obligated too and NO hidden fees or room taxes to pay for. If you WANT to take a timeshare tour, you can ASK for one, they will give you and your family free breakfast and other free stuff-we do it every year and get free golf-it's worth the hour of hassle. Again, you can request it but you dont have too if you dont want to.
This is a perfect for Easter, Spring Break, Summer break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, few days off during the week or just a long weekend away-huge savings compared to the normal price night the resort charges depending on date and room size.

This is my personal timeshare- I own a total of 3 weeks(since 2000) here and cannot use all the days this year.
Other dates are available-please ask if these dates do not work for you.
There are no other hidden fees (i.e. no state tax, room tax, resort tax, or any surcharge), Once it is booked, IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE as the resort will not refund my exchange fee. There is a $99 insurance the resort offers that you can purchase-it will not give you any money back, but will allow date changes based on availability.

This condo is currently reserved in my name. When purchased I will make arrangements to get a Holiday Inn Orange Lake guest certificate in your name.
This guest certificate will be sent to you via email by Holiday Inn Orange Lake the same day we confirm. The registered guest MUST be present at check-in.
You must bring the certificate with you at check-in and, you must be 21 years of age or older in order to check in; these procedures are strictly enforced.
You will need a photo id, and a credit card is a MUST for incidental room charges.

I own at this resort and once you pay, you will receive a voucher in your name to present upon check-in.
There is so much to do for kids, adults and as a family that you don't even need to leave the resort if you don't want to. The resort has free transportation thruout the resort so you dont even need a car. You can go to orangelake and take a virtual tour of the resort and get lots more pictures and information. I included some personal pics from the last few years.
