The larger ornament ,,,3 x 3.5 inches... is a white Polar Bear on rockers.  He has a bell around his neck and a penguin on his back...and the bonus is a little penguin... 2.5 inches...also from Hallmark...1986.

This pair of ornaments is preloved...but it looks  perfect to me.
