Ceramic vintage spittoon. Maker is unknown. Looks like a Rockingham or Bennington. Can not confirm that it is either of those. Neat collectible. No cracks noticed. Looks like it may have been an ashtray as some point. The dark areas seem to be dirt or ash and should come off. Did not try cleaning too much. Did not want to harm the finish. Measures 8 inches across.
