Combined shipping calculation: combined shipping is based on the heaviest item plus the combined shipping fee for each additional items.

For example,

itemA shipping fee $4.5, combined shipping fee $2;

itemB shipping fee $6, combined shipping fee $3;

itemC shipping fee $5.5, combined shipping fee $2.5;

The total shipping fee for all 3 items is $6+$2.5+$2=$10.5;
