ITEM CONDITION GUIDELINES:

It is important to us that we bring you excellent quality merchandise.  We also feel that is important that you are delighted with the item(s) you are purchasing. We Carefully inspect and grade our items into the condition categories below:

• New - An item which has never been worn and still has the tags attached. Some new items may have a   missing tag yet never worn.
• Excellent - Worn slightly with no stains or rips. Like new condition.
• Great - Worn a little more and may have some minimal stains or rips.
• Good - Worn with slightly more stains, rips or defects.
• Fair - Worn with major stains, rips or defects.

The condition of each item is stated in the description. We look for functionality and value in each item based on its age and style. We do our best to determine whether an item would be of value to a consumer before offering it on our store.

SHIPPING:
Save on shipping with combined orders. All items are shipped 1 business day after verification of payment. Shipping costs vary slightly based on your mailing zone. Please note: Mail pick-up is by 2:00 pm. Payments received after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day for shipping. International Shipping: Packages are shipped international Priority. If you want to save on shipping fees and wish to ship international first class, please note I cannot track packages after they leave the US. Therefore if you choose to use, international first class, I can not be held responsible if the package takes longer than normal or is lost.

PAYMENTS:
We request payment within 48 hours but will allow up to 3 days. If payment is not received within 3 days and there is no response to our e-mails you will be reported to e-bay so we can recoup our final value fees. Please only bid if you plan to pay. If you have a problem paying, we understand things happen- we can work with you to resolve it.

RETURNS:
Your satisfaction is important! Returns gladly accepted! we offer a no-fuss return policy so that you will always feel confident shopping with us. Merchandise must be returned within thirty days of receiving it. Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned merchandise. As an seller, the 5 Star POSITIVE Feedback is very important. If you are happy with your item, PLEASE give us the POSITIVE Feedback, we will do the same for you. If you are not happy with your item please communicate with us first before giving Neutral or Negative feedback. The returned item must be in perfect condition, as it was sent to you, has not been altered and has not been worn.
