ITEM DESCRIPTION::-----I got these about 20 years ago an only wore them a couple times....They still look to be in like new condition.....When hung  on one's neck, the clip would hang around the middle of the chest...The covering on the straps is a soft cloth-like material....Not sure who made the items or where they were made...The metal clips are attracted to a magnet...

---Each strap is approx 17.5" long in total on each side....the metal clip is approx 1.25" long..
