Before returning an item you must contact customer service to obtain a return approval (RMA number). New items can be returned for a money refund or a replacement/exchange item. To be eligible for a return the items must be in the exact same condition as we sent them and in the original box. All internal packing materials, instruction manuals and all additional items and accessories must also be included in its original condition.
