Lovely vintage marked Lisner thermoset bracelet. The thermosets are dark navy-ish blue. The metal is silver tone and nice. The thermosets look like little tulips to me. The bracelet is 7” long and closes with a fold over catch marked Lisner. 1 1/8” wide. Nice condition.
