First, most of the bad reviews mistook this as a suction device that can be pumped more than once. Especially considering the box even states you could "pump as many times as you want" That is not the case and I realized that when I first saw this. I agree, what little suction it DOES provide is almost imperceivable. I have nipples smaller than the eraser at the end of a #2 pencil.Using the largest pump (the small is no nice for me) I was able to stretch the smallest o-ring and get this to work as it is meant to.
