In 1988 the United States Postal Service reduced the cost of Express Mail to remain competitive with the other overnight shipping companies.  This buckle is a reproduction of the stamp used for the $8.75 Express service.

This buckle fits a standard 1 3/4" belt and is new, never worn.  There may be minor dings / scratches from being on display or transported.  This buckle is in "color" and has Red, blue and white accent colors to it.
