Both light work, one chain on off switch is frozen in the on position, Solid heavy condition, Tarnish, could use cleaning

This actually is built like a Stiffel, i think the base is weighted, and it is Solid heavy brass, Very Unique, i could not find another like this one

You may want to shine it up with brass cleaner but i think the original tarnished finish fits the lamp perfect, a few blemishes here and there as normal for a Lamp from the 1960's, you can tell age from the style of the original cord that is in good condition
