Wayne Szalinzki a wacky, absent-minded inventor, is back again.....but this time he accidentally shrinks himself....and his brother Gordon.....then their wives. Through bugs, bubbles, chip dip and other wacky incidents the four midgits manage to get the attention of the kids who actually think twice before zapping their parents back to full-size.
