This is a Mid Century, vintage, L&M, Inc., aka Lipper & Mann, ceramic pitcher and matching sugar bowl.  The vintage serveware is marked on the bottom "Copy Right (encircled C) L&M Inc".  The antique pitcher has blue-green and white stripes and decorative apples. The sugar bowl appears to match but has a cream background and strawberries rather than apples.  The vintage Lipper & Mann pitcher likely dates between the 1940s and 1950s as the company imported fine, decorative ceramics from Europe and Japan during that time frame before changing its name to Lipper International.  The two pieces are in great shape, free from breaks or cracks.  The pitcher measures about 7" tall x 3.5" at the base and 7.5" from body to handle. The sugar bowl is about 4" tall and 4.5" wide.  This would make an adorable decorative accent for country or vintage mid century kitchen decor.
