Beautiful, brand new with tags LIV OUTDOOR ~ Womens Size M ~ Kiara Corduroy Insulated Puffer Vest in a warm tan. Size is marked M and actual measurements when laid flat are from underarm to underarm 23", top of shoulder at collar to hem 25", shoulder seam to shoulder seam 17". I measured the inside of the bottom hem of vest all the way around to give an accurate measurement so that the puffiness wouldn't add to it - that measurement of the hem is 44" around.
