Golden Beauty Casaba Melon (Cucumis melo) is a type of muskmelon and is considered a winter melon. Melons will be 5 lbs on average with a round pumpkin like shape and coming to a point at stem's end. As the name suggests, the exterior will have a golden tint to it with a thick rind. The interior will have pale green to white flesh that is mildly sweet. Great as is or in fruit salads or drinks
