1:72 Scale Plastic -Grumman F-14 - F-14D Tomcat VF-31 "Tomcatters" – Length: 10.5"  Wingspan: 10.75”

This model is twin seat. No pilot/crew figures are included. The cockpit is glued shut. The landing gear is fixed in the extended position.

This plastic model is fully assembled and painted. There is nothing needed to do, it is ready for display straight out of the box. All weapons and fuel tanks are already attached to the model.

This is really a "no-play" model or a "display-only" model. It also has a number of antennas which look great but are very fragile. If you have small kids that like to play with your models, save yourself some frustration (and money) and wait till later to get a model like this one. The box is labeled as not suitable for children under 15.

The box measures 11 inches by 9 inches by 3 inches.

The Grumman F-14 Tomcat is an American supersonic, twin-engine, two-seat, variable-sweep wing fighter aircraft. The Tomcat was developed for the United States Navy's Naval Fighter Experimental (VFX) program after the collapse of the F-111B project. The F-14 was the first of the American teen-series fighters, which were designed incorporating air combat experience against MiG fighters during the Vietnam War.
