This item is a Grass Valley Group model 3240 video processing amplifier, also called a Proc Amp

I got this item with a bunch of broadcasting equipment from a college that upgraded its radio station.  It powers up and has a bunch of boards in it.  I was never able to find a brand name on it. See photos.
