Buchler Fenwall Lab Heater w Thermometer.  The housing and thermometer so Buchler on them, and the dial says Fenwall.  I am not totally sure what brand that makes this.  Either way, item powers up and heats right up.  The coil is the only portion that heats.  See photos for physical condition.
