This is a beautiful pair of modern style braided 12 plait chocolate brown dark oil supple bridle leather romal reins in the Vaquero "California" style made with Moran Sterling Silver Overlay.  These reins feature 27 beautifully engraved Moran Silver barrels and balls, nine on each rein and the romal.  The reins have
direct contact connectors that are not sterling overlay, but are silver plated metal to ensure strength.  Both the braiding and the ferrules are in very well maintained pre owned condition.  The leather has some very light wear from use.  The reins are a great length and are a heavy weight that will drape beautifully, weighing almost 2 pounds.

The reins measure 9 feet 5 inches long from the bit to the popper.  The reins are 58 inches in length by a little more than 3/8 inches in diameter with a 55 inch long romal making them a great choice for Western Riding and Trail classes.
