New OEM genuine Mitsubishi LED Tail Light - ordered wrong, never installed. 

This lamp has NO red side reflector inside the lamp as shown - USA models do.   This fits but you'd have one side not matching the other....but compared to how expensive these are, it is an option.

Fits: 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Limited with full LED (not incandescent)

Again, this is made for EXPORT models but fits USA though there is no red reflector on the side.
