Book is used.  Manual looks great; has some light scuffs and worn corners.  Pages are all nice, clean and legible.  Comes with some other literature- warranty information, owner's rights, etc., see pictures, feel free to ask questions.  The folder is a little dirty, and has a small tear, but is not brittle or falling apart.  Looks good.
