This piece is unsigned, but it has the distinct look of St Clair Blown glass. Very pretty soft blue and pink flower petals and controlled bubbles. It is in good condition, no scratches or chips were detected on inspection. It could be vintage, but I don't know time period. I got it at an Antique shop.
