The chest measurement is 16 inches.  The shirt length from neck to bottom of shirt is 13 inches. ***Please measure your dog to be sure this is the proper size for your pet. There are no free returns for this item***

The shirts are in very good, like new pre-owned condition. The shirts have been worn one time for a photo session. The shirts have been washed. The original seam tags are still attached. Please refer to the photos as they are part of the item description.
