Unopened/new vinyl, factory sealed, and in excellent condition. Front bottom left corner has some creasing and a slight bend. Also bend along top edge of front where shrink is quite tight over cover. Shrink has torn off a small area on back near top right with a surface impression "slit" along one side of opening. Slight scuffing where cover is exposed. (Not a cut-out.)
