SHIPPING is available only when offered:

Shipping service is available only when shipping is offered as part of the service.  When the shipping service is not offered, then the buyer is responsible for the local pickup and/or arranges his/her own shipping.

Local Pick-up (no shipping):

When shipping service is not offered in the listing, then the buyer is responsible to arrange his/her own shipping or for local pick up within a week of the purchase date. Any item that is not picked up or not arranged for pickup within a week, it will be considered abandoned.  E-commerce site policy states that it is prohibited for the buyer to demand shipping service when it is not originally offered in the listing. Buyer may open a request to cancel the transaction if buyer cannot pick up the item, and the seller will consider at their discretion.  Upon pickup, the item is free to be inspected and/or tested to confirm that item matches the description and is complete as described in the listing before the actual pickup. 

E-commerce selling policies require the seller to ship ONLY to the designated address associated with the buying account (no exception) to protect both the buyer and seller and minimized confusion and possible fraud.  Therefore, it is important to update/verify your shipping address PRIOR to purchase/payment, so that the item will arrive safely at the correct address.

By purchasing the item, the seller has agreed to cooperate with the shipping service to complete the claim should any damage occur. If an item was damaged during shipping, then the buyer must send the seller photos of damages to both the item as well as the shipping box within 24 hours of delivery so that the damage can be linked to the shipping as the cause.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO NON-CONTIGUOUS U.S. STATES: If your shipping destination is in Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, US Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico, please bear in mind that it will take longer for your item to arrive and up to several months if standard service is used.  Due to this fact, we do require that an air service (expedited service) be used such as Priority or Express service and avoid using Parcel Post or other similar services by cargo ship via an ocean vessel. 

International Shipping when offered:

International shipping is usually through Global Shipping. When shipping through Global Shipping, the buyer will see estimated shipping and import charges, and then the full and final charges will be shown at checkout.  The final shipping charge already includes US shipping charge and international shipping fees.

When not using Global Shipping, customs duties, taxes, and surcharges are separate charges and are the buyer's responsibility.  Please be sure that the item you are buying can be imported into your country.  The shipper is not responsible for any delay once the package is handed to the postal service.  Please check with your country's customs office for the needed information.

 TERMS OF SALE:

The buyer hereby agrees to the following terms upon the purchasing of the item(s).  Only the item(s) shown in the photos are included (not including background props unless specified as included).  If there is an agreement to accept a return, the items must be returned in the same condition (unused, unaltered) in which they were received, and must include all items intact that were in the original package including cords, cables, remote controls, manuals, warranty and rebate cards, free gifts or bonus items. The buyer is liable for loss in value of the items if they are returned in a different condition or if the items are not packaged securely to prevent damage in shipment. In the event that items are not returned to the seller in the same condition and are found to be modified, used, or incomplete as originally received, the seller may deduct the amount of loss and give the buyer a partial refund or subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping.

Regardless of the origin of the equipment, the documentation provided or identification appearing upon the equipment, the equipment described and offered here is in no way certified for, recommended for, or offered for any specific use.
