Nice, circa 1980s era or so, HO scale, Pola marked, trackside shack type building on base as shown in the pictures. Shack is about 2 1/2 inches tall, 3 1/4 inches long. Very good shape, light wear from use, missing trim as shown, could use a cleaning or leave as shown.  Zoom in for details.
