Vinyl plays nicely (play-graded). Replacement generic white cover looks great; very-little scuffing (front/back). Inner-sleeve is generic white). Spine has no text and is unbroken and clean. Little shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use. Original West Madison Street Records sleeve NOT INCLUDED. (Not a cut-out.)
