Nice, circa 1960s era or so, HO scale, lot of 3 of the Bachmann Plasticville train passenger station buildings in the pictures. Roofs are 4 1/2 inches wide for reference.  Very good shape, light wear from use, one is missing the platform as shown, missing 4 of the roof signs, maybe could use a cleaning or leave as shown.  Zoom in for details.
