There is a 1" tear at the front mid-right edge, plus 5/8" corner damage at the front lower right corner -- plus wear & chipping to edges & corners, with creases, indentations, scratches, rub-wear, lesser tears, browning pages, soiling, writing on cover, etc -- small moisture stain at lower page corner edges -- overall condition Good Minus
