Fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum graecum) standardized extract - 80 mg
Green tea (Camellia sinensis) standardized extract - 20 mg

Administration method:
As a food supplement, it is recommended to take 1 capsule 3 times a day, with a glass of liquid (mineral water), preferably on an empty stomach, before the main meals.
