Item is pre-owned and in good condition with no holes, tears or stains. The only flaw that I see is on the hardware if one of the straps where one of the pieces is missing. I do not see where this would affect the usage as it still hooks up, just not sure when worn how it would be. This is shown in last picture. I will be bending this piece of metal so that it meets the other one. Smoke free environment.
