There is a 3/8" tear at the front mid-upper right edge -- plus moisture stains on the lower page edges near the spine, from the front left inside cover thru page 10 -- plus wear & chipping to edges & corners, with creases, indentations, scratches, folds, minor tears, rub-wear, browning pages, soiling, foxing, etc -- spine shows NO lean, & NO top to bottom spine creases -- overall condition Good Minus
