This is an original, vintage Forget-Me-Not, Father's Day Card. Card #T-7946.

Measures 4 3/4" X 5 3/4".
Condition is VG++ (very good ++). Front picture is as depicted in photo. Inside personal signature can most likely be camouflaged with creative embellishments, or cut altogether. Front/inside pic/sentiment can be cut and pasted into your scrapbook for that special "vintage look", or nicely matted and framed.
