This is a cool, oddball old heavy metal, maybe some kind of pot metal or similar, not sure, Pencraft made, Liberty Bell figurine in the picture. Really a neat, older piece in very nice shape with light paint wear and could use some fine cleaning. About 4 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches wide. Heavy piece.
