Shipments:
We offer free shipping on most items, we reserve the right to use either USPS,FEDEX, or UPS for your items. Depending on your location and the items weight, we may use the most economic shipping service. You will be notified by email when your item has been shipped. We will supply tracking information directly to your account once the shipping label is created. We ship Monday - Friday and do our best to ship out each order either same day or the next business day

Returns:
Item's that have not been used or installed may be returned within 30 days for full refund. If the buyer needs to return an item past the 30 day free return policy, you will need to contact us prior to returning. If the product is in "New" condition and not older than 90 days, we will try to work with you on the return, although you will be responsible for the return shipping and a possible restock fee. It is the buyers responsiblity to purchase the correct parts, If you are not sure the parts will fit your application, please send us your model number in an message and we can help you.

If the item is found to be defective please send pictures of the defective part through messages, we will try to resolve by sending a replacement or refund for the defective part. At our request we may require the part back for inspection, if the part is considered to have a material defect Provenpart will send the customer at no charge a replacement part or refund.

If the items are returned damaged or you do not include all the items in a return, your refund will be a partial refund based on the price of the items that are missing or damaged.
