I have machine washed this item many times and it always comes out looking great

27 1/2 inches armpit to the armpit area
29 inches from the middle of the collar to the bottom of the hemline
24 1/4 inches sleeve length
6 3/8 inch opening at the bottom of the sleeve

***The one shoulder pad is ripped at the seam ... can be stitched back closed if you prefer ... see photo
