- Cancellation requests will be accepted within 12 hours of ordering, if the time window has passed, we will not accept cancellations for any reason.

- Please expect minor deviation due to manual measurement, 1-3cm deviation should be acceptable.
- Shipping time is objected to the customs process as well as the courier working pace, and it will be affected during peak seasons.
