Rare 2- Euro France 2002 RF, Misprinting coin, UNC / MS60



Coin decentred, stars litle cut off, year merges into inner ring.

Very rare misprint, the numbers of the year and the stars are moved , or the two zeros merge into the core, the minting on the core is off-centered. ( see photos )
