Up for sale is a new genuine OEM relay junction box. Mounts under the LH side of the dash - the Multi-Plex (MPX) module mounts to this. This is genuine OEM - not aftermarket. 

You may need to have your MPX re-flashed to program this - it is not self install. 

Fits 2011-2014 Sienna 

The number on your old module Must Match the part number (82730-08120) on the box, or it will not work properly with your car.
