For immediate purchase is this Hoover Steamvac All Terrain Detergent Nozzle Hood Cover Replacement VGUC.  This item has been used but is in good condition, can be reused,  signs of use, dirt, etc may be found from previous use. This particular one was removed from a Hoover SteamVac All Terrain F7458-900 but will likely fit other models, part number F5914900  .
