Elegant genuine cameo in a sterling silver pendant with a sterling chain.  The pendant has a pretty open work frame with silver “beads.”  The bale is heart shaped.  At the bottom of the pendant is a freshwater pearl dangle.  The pendant is marked 925 and tested. There is also small print that looks like a star symbol then 1051 NA. 

The 20”chain is marked 925 on the circle catch.  It’s a beautiful piece in very nice condition.  10.52 grams.
