This New Old Stock Teenie Beanie Baby is pre-owned but has not been used. It is in its' original packaging from McDonald's happy Meals. It is the International Bears II series and is Spangle the Bear. He has a flag costume in stars, red, white and blue. All original packing and tags. 

The card and plastic bubble do show a little sign of wear. Also, the card does show wear and the easy opening on the back has been used. It is pre-owned and may show signs of wear from storage. It is a great piece and ready for a new home!
