French Canon de 75 mm Mle 1897 gun (rubber tires)
The French Canon de 75 mm Mle 1897 was a quick firing artillery piece that was adopted by the French Army in 1898, it was the first truly modern filed artillery piece due to its recoil and breech systems that allowed quick firing in a field gun. The gun was used in World World One and World World Two and many other smaller conflicts, It was used by Belgium, China, Finland, France, Germany, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Spain, United Kingdom and the United States. The variant depicted has rubber tires for mechanized towing.
This model is 3D printed and meant to be an economical alternative to wargamers wanting to expand their armies, it can also be used to build dioramas.
This model is made in four parts, gun, trail and spoked wheels. The model will be sent with support material still attached for better safety during transport, cutting and cleaning by the buyer will be needed before assembly. The model is printed using PLA and gluing is needed, if adding accessories to it superglue type glue will be required or other epoxy glue.
The pictures are from one sample model, the models are similar in grade of detail and after print cleaning. The model is dispatched in a postal cardboard box with protective material inside for better safety.
