For your consideration is a pair of Kenneth Cole Reaction Great Star black sandal shoes.  These have a low 1" wedge heel with an ankle strap that has a buckle and it zips up the back of the heel.  They are solid black.  Looks like they may have been worn once.  Great condition.  Size 9M.
